    Hi Chris.

I’ve been using TurboCSV for over a year and definitely consider it a must have for quickly publishing multiple posts. Recently I began using a new template for a client portal that utilizes another plugin for auto-generating Google Maps for each post (WP Navigator Theme by Molitor).

The issue I’ve encountered is that this template uses its own custom post options (not custom fields) for entering latitude, longitude, zoom level, marker image, etc. So when I run an import, everything works perfectly, except that these post meta/custom options fields are empty and the values are instead passed along to custom post fields (which doen’t interface with the post options.

I’m guessing that this could be accomplished by modifying my template files to pull the values from custom fields, but wanted to first see if there is an easier way to accomplish this – either with your plugin, or by using another plugin that maps custom fields to the post options fields (if one exists).

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.

Hi, I’m sorry but I don’t know the answer – TurboCSV can only create custom field values.  I’m not sure how the theme presents its ‘post options’ though.

I’m probably being dumb, but can you explain what you mean by post options?  Do you mean a custom meta box with some custom field data in it?

You can try MapPress if you like to auto-generate maps.  I’d suggest using the latest beta, which supports multiple custom fields for the address.

In the wp_postmeta table this is a few fields that I need filled

    website_url

    sfp_date

it shows in the custom field section of the custom post type

Figured it out I had to publish a post first in the post type then import all showed now
